How long does it take to make my ring?
Most rings are made to order in about 2–3 weeks. Need it sooner? Add the Rush Order option at checkout for priority production (typically about 1 week).
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping within Canada and the United States is included in the price shown on each product page. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Are wooden rings waterproof?
Yes. Every Ring + Grove ring is sealed with a durable clearcoat for everyday wear, including hand washing, showers, and normal water exposure.
What if I do not know my ring size?
On any product page you can request a free sizing kit before we craft your ring. We will ship physical sizing rings so you can confirm the fit.
Can I return or exchange my ring?
Only unworn 8mm width rings may be returned. Engraved, customized, or worn rings cannot be exchanged. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. We offer free resizing up to half a size on qualifying rings. Contact us at ringandgroveco@gmail.com before purchasing a resize or repair listing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment is processed securely on ringandgrove.co — we do not redirect you to Shopify or another storefront for checkout.
Where are you located?
Ring + Grove co is handcrafted in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada. We also have rings featured at Made You Look Jewellery in Toronto.
